Cherry in your sangria- love ice cubes

berry sangria with raspberry rose ice cubes

So, having survived a frenzied week of love and loving  (oh, do get those thoughts out of your dirty minds), of sweet treats and feed your lover foods, here’s the simplest thing you can make to make your feelings known.

Substitute the alcohol for red grape or any other fruit juice or even water, and you can get the kids happily involved! In fact, if there are kids around, perhaps you should get them to make these for you (just not with alcohol though).

I know I don’t need to tell you how to make ice cubes, but here’s how I made mine:

rasberry rose ice blocks

You will need:

heart shaped ice cube trays

raspberries or a berry of your choice

rose, as in the blushing wine (substitute as you desire)

What to do:

Fill the trays. Freeze, preferable over night.

Pop into a drink of your choice- I used sangria.
